Pamela Gorski received her undergraduate degree from Mather College of Case Western Reserve University. She earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management in 1980. She then received her Law Degree from John Marshall College of Law in 1992, graduating cum laude. Her high school education was completed in the Panama Canal Zone where her father was employed by the Panama Canal Company.
In private practice since 1993, Pamela brings many life experiences to her practice along with her MBA, which gives her a well-rounded approach to many of the issues individuals face in the family law arena. She was very involved in the Lakewood community where she lived and worked for many years, helping to develop the Lakewood Arts Festival which continues today. She also served as secretary to the Board of Building Standards and Architectural Review and served on the Lakewood Board of Zoning Code Appeals. She was also a member of the Lakewood Public Library Board. She has also served as an alternate to the Rocky River Planning Commission, and was a volunteer Magistrate for the City of Lakewood Juvenile Diversion Program . She also served as a part-time Magistrate for Cuyahoga County Probate Court in their Civil Commitment Division for many years.
Pamela believes that negotiated resolutions are always preferential to litigation, especially where minor children are involved. She serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Domestic Relations Court as well as a Parenting Coordinator when issues of child placement and visitation are in dispute.
