Savren, Family Law Attorney, Mediator, and Collaborative Attorney, is dedicated to assisting clients facing divorce or dissolution, post-divorce or other family law matters through the use of negotiation, communication, mediation and agreement toward a resolution that best benefits all involved and avoids costly litigation.In private practice since 1982, with a large portion of her practice in Family Law, she has extensive experience in divorce, dissolution of marriage, child custody issues, shared parenting agreements, visitation agreements, division of assets and all the other associated components of the termination of marriage. Joy also represents same-sex couples in divorce, shared custody proceedings, real estate agreements and dissolution of relationships, and she also mediates disagreements. She has served as Guardian Ad Litem in Domestic Relations Court and Juvenile Court to assure that the best interests of children were addressed. She is a Parenting Coordinator assisting high-conflict families. Joy also practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and civil litigation.
Joy received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin and her JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. She served as an Acting Judge in the Cleveland Heights Municipal Court.
