Biography

I have actively practiced as a lawyer in the Cleveland, Ohio, area for more than four decades, including more than 43 years focused on family law. I welcome the opportunity to serve you and your family.

I represent clients from all cultural, social and professional backgrounds in matters that involve divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support and other family law issues. In every situation, I work to help my clients find the most effective way to solve their problems without unnecessary conflict and expense.

I was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1973 and admitted to practice in the Northeast District of the federal court in 1974. I have been active in the legal community since then, presenting in seminars for other lawyers, training guardians ad Litem in court, serving as a trustee for the Center for Principled Family Advocacy, and involved in other leadership roles.  I am an experienced trial lawyer.  I also practice in the appellate courts throughout the state.

I have extensive experience in complex financial matters, high income cases and business valuations as well as dealing with both private and governmental retirement plans .
