Biography

After practicing family law for over 40 years, I am now focusing my practice on mediation. My intent is to use my experience and resolution skills to assist attorneys and their clients in resolving family law disputes without lengthy and expensive litigation.

Successful mediation can hasten resolution, allow for more creative problem-solving, and provide clients the opportunity to own their solution. The goal is to resolve with less conflict and long-term damage to relationships.

AV Preeminent Rating (Martindale Hubbell), based on recommendation from peers and judges.

  • Ohio Supreme Court Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law
  • Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers
  • Named Ohio Super Lawyer in Family Relations
  • Certified Mediator (Since 1992)
  • Certified Arbitrator
  • Member: Center for Principled Advocacy

These professionals can help you and your spouse choose a guided, proven and court-approved method for ending your marriage and settling parenting issues. Aside from lowering costs, a non-litigation approach is more likely to produce a more livable future for you and your separated family.
