Sean manages Skoda Minotti’s Valuation & Litigation Advisory Services group and is responsible for helping clients address their valuation, litigation support, tax, financial reporting, strategic planning and business advisory needs. He joined Skoda Minotti over 10 years ago and assists a diverse client base. He has authored more than 75 articles, e-books, blogs and whitepapers and is a regular speaker, both locally and nationally, on valuation, litigation support, accounting and tax issues.

Sean also provides tax, financial reporting, strategic planning and business advisory services.
Sean is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (Bachelor of Business Administration, with Honors) and Case Western Reserve University (Master of Business Administration with Honors; Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
Sean was awarded the AICPA’s Forensic and Valuation Services Standing Ovation Award (2016), NACVA’s “40 under 40” Inaugural Class (2014), and NACVA’s Jeffrey R. Salins Award for Report Writing (2010).
